Continuing with experimentation in the studio, these compositions follow from the work shown in the previous post. Similar to the composition Blanc Forms these two paintings are devised within a square format, again with a single line that bends and folds over itself as it rebounds across the picture plane.
These mirrored compositions create a diptych with rotational symmetry. Two paintings that look at each other, where each painting is both left and right, and the total composition shifts depending on their chosen position.
